BUGS FIXED
* Holding the Brain Stone now actually prevents you from being unable to concentrate.
* The chance of surviving on 1 HP from otherwise mortal damage is now accurately calculated using the damage-taker's Guts stat.
* Crying status effect now correctly affects the accuracy of foes.
* Fixed the bug where, when the OSS flag is on and the player loses a scripted battle, the game hard locks.
* Dying or reloading a save when you have transforming items like the Fresh Egg no longer causes them to not transform.
* Teleporting through busy areas such as Burglin Park no longer causes the game to freeze.
* Fixed some broken options and text in the debug menus.
* Made two characters in Threed that never appear due to a programming oversight correctly show up.
* Fixed a stray pixel on Ness in PJs sprite.
* Fixed an issue where specific actions during the Escargo Express menu could cause the wrong item from storage to be returned.
* Fixed grammar issue when there's two characters and one has Diamondized status.
* Inputting directions while climbing a rope or ladder before a battle begins no longer causes garbled player graphics.
* Fix grammar issue with the Large pizza item in some cases.
* Fixed issue where, when using a Skip Sandwich, or when its effect runs out, the trailing party members' positions may not update correctly.
* Repositioned a caged zombie in the Zombie Relief Corps. tent in Threed so it can be talked to.
* Fixed Paula's down-facing walking animation from being inverted compared to the rest of the party.
* Fixed missing outline pixels on the Runaway Five's drummer's forehead.
* Giygas's background effect now loops properly.
* Fix enemies occasionally appearing inside walls by repositioning where enemies spawn off-screen.
* Fix how Your Sanctuary locations flash on the screen before you go to Magicant so that Milky Well and Rainy Circle are in the right order.
* Rock candy item can boost the Luck stat as intended.
* Fix being able to get the Carrot Key without first getting the Magnet Hill melody, which can break later events.
* Fix Vial of serum item not having a message for when it has no effect.
* Fix enemies with mushroom and trashcan overworld sprites from briefly giving away their disguise when they first appear.
* Fix the Soul Consuming Flame enemy and Heavily Armed Pokey from having Defense stats so high that they overflow and end up very low.
* Fix issue where the player could obtain so many exp. points that it overflows and ends up very low.
* When the player and enemy are both defeated at the same time in battle, made it so that the following Game Over will not cause a crash.
* It's no longer possible to withdraw or deposit more money than you can carry or the bank account can store respectively.
* Prevent Dad from calling you while you're riding the bicycle to fix an issue where ringing the bell would produce the wrong sound after this.
Notable bugs not fixed because they're fun
These bugs are almost impossible to encounter during normal game play and are fun to mess around with.
* Cliff clip: Getting out-of-bounds by using a skip sandwich to get on top of a cliff.
* Tent glitch: Checking the corner of the Zombie Relief Corps. tent in Threed to cause odd text.
* Stairs glitch: Interrupting the "getting on stairs" animation with a message to allow out-of-bounds walking.
* Rock candy glitch: Using the Rock candy with a condiment causing it to not be consumed, but you get the stat boost.
Notable bugs not fixed because they're hard to resolve
These bugs are just plain too hard to fix right now.
* Equip anything glitch: Equipping an item during battle on the same turn a teddy bear is destroyed causing the wrong item to be equipped.
* PK Thunder reflection issues: Using PK Thunder on an enemy with a counter-shield when you also have a counter-shield causing odd reflection logic.
* HP over 1000 issues: Using other glitches (or giving Ness every Vitality boost) to get more than 1000 HP causing weird displays on the UI.
* Lv99 blocking Magicant boost: Won't recieve the extra power-up after Magicant if you're already Level 99.
Other changes
* "PSI" changed to "PK" for offensive moves.
* Better condiment search algorithm from the Remake.
* Buffs to moves that affect Offense and Defense stats during battle from the Remake.
* Krakens in Magicant drop the Gutsy Bat like the Player's Guide says (Changed to be regular enemy spawns instead of NPCs).
* Reduced brightness of some flashing effects.
* It's now possible to give Ness and his friends names with six letters.
* Re-added the Beatles references in the "Don't Care" name options from the Japanese version.
* Changed the "Gas Station" screen to say "Giygas Strikes Back!"
* Changed the title screen to have the "Giygas Strikes Back!" subtitle.
* Changed the copyright date on the title screen to fit the "what-if" scenario.
* Optimized text rendering code.
* Remove crosses on a gravestone sprite and coffin sprite to be consistent with the rest of the localization.
* Change a Red Cross icon that was left in Dungeon Man to be consistent with the rest of the localization.
* Starman Junior's sprite was changed to a recreation of its Secrets of MOTHER 2 counterpart
- in the vanilla game, he just used a normal Starman sprite. We also use this sprite in the remake!
* Add missing overworld sprite for Big Pile O' Puke from Secrets of MOTHER 2.
* Removed two enemy spawn areas in the Lost Underworld to prevent issues when teleporting into the area.
* Re-added a bush in Deep Darkness that was removed during localization for no apparent reason.
